Note: This is only definite, unavoidable events. Due to the fact that most Social Links can be levelled up at any time, I'm not noting those down unless there is a 100% unavoidable interaction with them.
- 10 years prior to game start: The explosion under Gekkoukan High occurs and the 12 Shadows escape. Minako loses her parents during the Dark Hour; Aigis fights an incomplete Death and, unable to defeat it, seals it within Minako.
- April 6: The arrival of Minako at the dorms during the Dark Hour
- April 7: First actual day of the game
- April 8: Introduction to the Velvet Room
- April 9: Full Moon - Magician attacks; Minako summons a Persona for the first time - she passes out afterwards and doesn't wake up again until the 18th.

- November 17-20: School trip to Kyoto; on the 18, Mitsuru finds her resolve to keep fighting to end the Dark Hour, and her Persona evolves into Artemisia

- November 22: SEES fights Chidori outside Tartarus; when she loses, Takaya and Jin appear, with Takaya shooting Junpei; Chidori uses her healing powers to revive him, at the cost of her own life; Junpei's resolution and Chidori's life energy cause Medea and Hermes to fuse into Trismegistos
- November 24-27: Career Experience days, Minako helps clean the Wild-Duck Burger restaurant

- January 30: The group makes a promise to meet up again on graduation day, since they'll lose their memories after Nyx is defeated
- January 31: Full Moon; the fight against Nyx to stop the Fall; Strega are defeated in Tartarus; Ryoji is revealed to have turned into Nyx Avatar and is battled; the Fall begins but Minako fuses the power of her Social Links into the Universe Card, and uses its power to defeat and seal Nyx
